These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and 999cuci ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 999cuci website located at https://999cuci.cam, including all related services, features, content, promotions, and interactive functionalities offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, accessing any game, or otherwise using any part of the 999cuci Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered members, guest browsers, and any other individual accessing 999cuci regardless of device or location. To register and maintain an account on 999cuci, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform does not permit access to individuals below this age, regardless of local legal gambling age thresholds.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of any other individual, organisation, or entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether through 999cuci or any other gambling operator, at the time of registration or continued use.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of 999cuci or its associated companies, unless expressly authorised in writing.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Each User may register only one (1) account on the 999cuci Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 999cuci will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.

The provision of false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration — including misrepresentation of age or identity — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

999cuci supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, as well as cryptocurrency transfers including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. All fiat transactions are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 999cuci does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are typically credited to your account immediately upon confirmed receipt by our payment processor.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods that match the account holder's registered name and identity.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers via FPX and DuitNow are typically processed within 30 minutes to a few hours during standard banking hours.
• A completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request will be approved.
• Any active wagering requirements associated with Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before funds derived from those bonuses may be withdrawn.
• 999cuci reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding standard transaction thresholds.

Cryptocurrency deposits are credited at the prevailing MYR-equivalent exchange rate at the time of network confirmation. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed to the wallet address provided by the User and are irreversible once initiated. 999cuci is not responsible for errors in wallet addresses provided by the User.

From time to time, 999cuci offers bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other incentive programmes to registered Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, as well as the following general conditions.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed within the timeframe specified for the relevant promotion.
• Bonus Funds and Real Funds are tracked separately. When both are present in an account, Real Funds are used first unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value unless wagering requirements are completed, and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.
• 999cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Welcome bonus offers are available to new registered accounts only. A player may claim a welcome bonus once and only once. Duplicate accounts created to claim additional welcome bonuses will result in the forfeiture of all associated funds and suspension of all related accounts.

The 999cuci loyalty programme awards points based on total wagering across all eligible game categories. Tier eligibility (Bronze, Silver, Gold VIP) is reviewed on a monthly basis. Tier-based benefits, including birthday bonuses and cashback rates, are as published on the Platform and are subject to change. Birthday bonuses (ranging from MYR 188 for Bronze members to MYR 2,688 for VIP members) are credited once per calendar year subject to account verification and applicable wagering requirements.

Players who refer new members via their unique referral code may earn MYR 38 per qualifying referral. A qualifying referral requires the referred individual to complete registration, pass KYC verification, and make a qualifying first deposit. Referral bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements.

All bets and wagers placed on the 999cuci Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event, as displayed within the Platform interface. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Bets are binding and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where specifically permitted by the rules of the relevant product.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or error during a game or wager, 999cuci reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Such decisions are at 999cuci's sole discretion and are final.
• Odds displayed on the sportsbook are subject to change until a bet is formally confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time of placement.
• For live in-play betting, 999cuci may suspend markets at any time if there is a significant event, injury, or incident affecting the outcome probability of the market.
• Mix Parlay bets require all selections to be correct to constitute a winning bet. If any selection is void, the remaining selections will be recalculated without the voided leg at evens (1.00).
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per Player, per day, as published on the Platform. Payouts exceeding these limits will be capped at the stated maximum regardless of the theoretical winning amount.

999cuci's decisions regarding the settlement of bets, including the interpretation of rules in ambiguous situations, are final and binding. Players who disagree with a bet settlement outcome may raise a dispute through the customer support channel within seven (7) days of the bet settling.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999cuci Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so, for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained in this manner are null and void.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker or live dealer games.
• Money laundering, including the use of the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own legal name for deposits or withdrawals.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud — initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider while retaining the deposited funds or winnings on the Platform.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at 999cuci staff or other Players.

999cuci is required to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. KYC verification is a mandatory requirement before any withdrawal request can be processed.

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed copy of a valid government-issued photo identification — Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, a screenshot or photograph of the payment method used (e.g., e-wallet registered phone number, masked bank card).

KYC submissions are reviewed during business hours and are typically completed within 30 minutes to 24 hours. Where additional documentation is required, you will be notified via the contact details registered on your account.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period of being requested to do so will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities. In cases of extended non-compliance, 999cuci reserves the right to close the account and return the net deposited balance, less any applicable fees, after satisfying AML obligations.

999cuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, account manipulation, or bonus abuse;
• Failure to satisfy KYC or AML requirements;
• Submission of false or forged identity documentation;
• Activation of a self-exclusion request by the account holder;
• Evidence that the account holder does not meet age or eligibility requirements;
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a competent authority;
• Extended inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Where an account is suspended or terminated for reason of fraud or material breach, 999cuci reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms misconduct, the balance may be forfeited in full without further notice.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing should contact customer support. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to standard processing timelines.

All content on the 999cuci Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, interface elements, graphics, text, game software, promotional materials, and data structures, is the exclusive intellectual property of 999cuci or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without written authorisation;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform;
• Creating derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Using 999cuci trademarks, branding, or game assets for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of 999cuci intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes upon a third-party intellectual property right, please contact us using the details in Section 17.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999cuci, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain account security;
• Service interruptions, technical faults, or maintenance downtime affecting your access to the Platform;
• Errors in odds or game outcomes caused by data feed failures from third-party providers;
• Losses arising from decisions made based on information obtained through the Platform;
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 999cuci makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the Platform.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 999cuci is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 999cuci collects and uses personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring, and communications related to your account and our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is processed and stored in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law principles. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including disputes relating to account decisions, bet settlements, or withdrawal claims, the following process applies:
